The District budget is adopted by the Board of Directors in June of each year and spans the following fiscal year from July 1 through June 30.  

The approved policy of the Board is for the Working Capital and Reserve Fund to consist of an Operating Working Capital, a Capital Improvement Working Capital, and a Capital Reserve.

In compliance with state law, we provide reports to the State Controller's office annually. Board and Staff member compensation can be viewed on the State Controller's PublicPay website.

Each special district, as defined by subdivision (a) of Section 56036, shall, at least annually, disclose any reimbursement paid by the district within the immediately preceding fiscal year of at least one hundred dollars ($100) for each individual charge for services or product received.

At the end of each fiscal year, in compliance with California Government Code 66013, this report is prepared detailing the amount of capacity charges received by the District and the public improvement on which the charges were expended.
